Temporary carpark closure and playground installation works – Mitchell Park

New playground equipment will be installed at Mitchell Park from Wednesday 12 March 2025. The project is expected to be completed by 17 April 2025 prior to the Easter break.

The Hummingbird’s car park and the pedestrian access route to Queen Street, between the ANZ Bank and the Fire Station, will be closed to the public during this period. 

The carpark and works area will be fully secured with temporary fencing throughout the duration of the project.
