With access to a large alfresco area overlooking the Vasse River, the Undalup Room is equipped with modern commercial kitchen facilities, high quality audio visual technology and is available in multiple configurations to suit your needs.

Booking Information

To secure your booking you will need to submit the Contract of Hire Form and the Application to Consume Liquor form (if applicable).

If a fee is payable an invoice will be sent to you. Once payment has been received this will secure your booking.

Your confirmation letter will then be issued.

Business Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (excluding public holidays)

After Hours – All other times

Set up and clean up must be done within the time of your hire period selected.

Minimum booking 4 hours.

50% Cancellation fee if less than 1 week notice is given.
