Applications Now Open - 2025 Winter Sporting Season Use of Recreational Sporting Grounds & Hard Courts

Applications are invited from community sporting clubs requiring the use of City reserves and hard courts during the 2025 Winter Season (1 April 2025 – 30 September 2025).

On-line Application forms are available from the City of Busselton website www.busselton.wa.gov.au located under Community - Sport and Recreation – Seasonal Sporting Ground Hire .

Completed application forms must be returned no later than 4.00pm, Friday 14 March 2025. A copy of current public liability insurance must be attached to all applications.

Note:  To ensure grounds are kept in the best condition for the upcoming season, Football / Soccer Boots with Sprigs are not permitted to be worn prior to 01 April 2025. All pre-season training must be carried out wearing sneakers/joggers only prior to 1 April 2025.

From the applications received, ground usage will be scheduled and ground hire charges will be raised.

 GST will be proportionally applied to all ground usage within the City.
