Proposed Disposition

In accordance with sections 3.58 (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995 the City of Busselton gives public notice that the City is considering disposing of the property described below by way of sale:

1. Description of Property: 2017 Volvo FE320 dual control 6x4 truck with Bucher side loading waste body, registration 1GHY540.

2. Details of Disposition:

a) Associated Parties: City of Bunbury

b) Consideration: $65,000 (GST inclusive)

c) Market Value: $65,000 (GST inclusive) valuation dated 3 July 2024.

Submissions are invited in relation to the proposed disposition, to be made in writing to the City of Busselton, Attention: Fleet Management, Locked Bag 1, Busselton WA 6280 by close of business on 23 October 2024.
